The first feature provides a vertical scrolling chart of drill sizes alongside their decimal equivalents. This chart spans from 0.1mm (0.00394 inch) to 101.6mm (4.0 inches). Users can rapidly navigate through the list using a smooth scrolling mechanism, with visual cues such as blue highlights for inch fractions and red for metric numbers. Additionally, the chart includes gage/letter sizes and inch fractions, with separate sliding scales facilitating quick jumps to specific points for both metric and imperial values.

The second function calculates recommended speeds and feed rates for twist drills across various materials, including aluminum, brass, bronze, cast iron, hastelloy, inconel, magnesium, monel, high nickel steel, free-cutting steel, mild steel, general steel, tool steel, forgings, alloys, heat-treated steels, stainless steels, titanium, wood, and plastics. It accommodates input in both metric and inch drill sizes, providing versatile utility for different operational preferences.

The third component offers a drill point depth calculator that determines optimal drill point depths for various angles such as 60°, 82°, 90°, 118°, 120°, and 135°.
